Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we offer a return & exchange facility under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 working days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for both-way delivery charges
• A 4% sales tax applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) parcels
• Sale or discounted items are generally non-returnable
• Returns without a valid reason may not be accepted.
